Our story

Born from health, resilience, and love for dessert.

Sweet Fit began with founder Haydeé Paredes, whose type 1 diabetes diagnosis inspired a new way to think about bakery treats. With celiac needs also present in her family, she built Sweet Fit around desserts that could be joyful, beautiful, and more mindful.

Now, Sweet Fit is preparing to bring that same spirit to Miami: wholesome sweets, real flavor, and a fresh way to celebrate.
